We collect your name, company, mobile number and the part details you send. We use them for one purpose: to answer your request, prepare a quotation, and carry out the order.
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Part dimensions may be shared with a manufacturing subcontractor to fulfil your order, and only with your prior agreement.
We retain the design model and library code so you can re-order later. You can request deletion or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Your data is handled in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia.
قبل التنفيذ، يقر العميل بأنه يملك القطعة الأصلية أو أنه مخوّل بتصنيع بديل لها. نحن نصنع بدائل وظيفية وليست قطع وكيل ولا تحمل اعتماده.
Before work begins, the client confirms it owns the original part or is entitled to have a replacement made. We produce functional replacements — not OEM parts, and not represented as OEM-certified.
